Clause 1

Eligibility

Access to and use of 22bmw is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria. It is the sole responsibility of the User to verify that they meet these criteria before registering an account or placing any wager on the Platform.

• You must be at least 21 years of age. 22bmw strictly prohibits gambling by persons under 21.

• You must have full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under the laws applicable to you.

Account Registration and Security

To access the full range of services offered on 22bmw, users are required to register an account by providing accurate, current, and complete personal information. 22bmw reserves the right to verify any information provided at registration and to request supporting documentation at any time as part of its KYC (Know Your Customer) process.

• Each user is permitted to hold only one registered account. Holding multiple accounts is a breach of these Terms and will result in account suspension.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username, password, and any one-time codes associated with your account.
• You must notify 22bmw support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• 22bmw will never ask for your full password via email, chat, or phone. Any communication requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to 22bmw support immediately.

Clause 3

Deposits and Withdrawals

22bmw supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and selected bank transfer methods. All financial transactions on the Platform are subject to the following conditions. 22bmw does not charge a platform-side fee on standard deposits, but users should verify that their payment provider does not apply independent charges.

• The minimum deposit is ৳50. 22bmw may set minimum withdrawal amounts which will be communicated within the Platform.
• All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.

All bonuses are subject to the specific terms of the promotion under which they are issued, in addition to these general Terms. Users should read the individual promotion terms carefully before opting in to any bonus offer.

• All bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement (rollover) before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable rollover is stated in the relevant promotion's terms.
• 22bmw reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any promotion at any time and without prior notice, provided that existing bonus balances already claimed under any rollover requirement will not be forfeited arbitrarily.
• Abuse of promotional offers, including (but not limited to) coordinated betting strategies designed to circumvent rollover requirements, will result in the cancellation of the bonus and any associated winnings.
• Free spins awarded as part of a promotion are valid only for the specified game(s) and expire within the time window stated in the promotion terms.

Clause 5

Prohibited Conduct

Users of 22bmw are required to behave in a lawful and responsible manner at all times. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension, balance forfeiture, and a permanent ban from the Platform.

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial means to place bets, manipulate game outcomes, or circumvent Platform security measures.
• Colluding with other users, dealers, or third parties to gain an unfair advantage over the Platform or other users.
• Attempting to exploit any software error, bug, or loophole in any game or feature on the Platform. Any winnings obtained via an exploit must be reported immediately and are not considered legitimately won.
• Registering or using an account on behalf of another person, or using another person's payment methods without their explicit consent.
• Using the Platform in connection with any money laundering, fraud, financial crime, or other illegal activity.

Clause 6

Intellectual Property

All content on 22bmw.bet, including but not limited to its design, layout, graphics, text, software, trademarks, and logos, is the exclusive intellectual property of 22bmw or its licensors. Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. No content from 22bmw.bet may be reproduced, distributed, modified, publicly displayed, or commercially exploited without the prior written consent of 22bmw.

Clause 7

Limitation of Liability

22bmw provides its services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 22bmw disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including (but not limited to) implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. 22bmw does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or entirely secure at all times.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, 22bmw's total liability to any user for any claim arising from use of the Platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that user in the 30 days preceding the date on which the cause of action arose. In no event shall 22bmw be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

Responsible Gaming

• Deposit limits: Users may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their account at any time by contacting support.

• Time-out: Users may request a cooling-off period of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days during which their account will be temporarily suspended.

Clause 9

Account Suspension and Termination

22bmw reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any user account at its sole discretion if it has reasonable grounds to believe that the user has breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or otherwise acted in a manner that is harmful to the Platform or other users. In the event of account closure due to a breach, any bonus balances will be forfeited and 22bmw reserves the right to withhold funds pending investigation.

• Users who wish to close their own account voluntarily may do so by contacting 22bmw support. Any real-money balance remaining at the time of voluntary closure will be processed for withdrawal to the user's registered payment method, provided all KYC requirements have been met.
• 22bmw may suspend an account temporarily where it requires additional verification documents. During a temporary suspension the user cannot deposit, withdraw, or place wagers until the verification process is complete.
• If 22bmw determines that an account was opened by a person under the age of 21, the account will be permanently closed, all winnings will be forfeited, and deposits may be returned at 22bmw's discretion after deducting any costs incurred.

Privacy and Data Protection
